Our website bigfirebeats.com focuses on providing royalty-free beats for upcoming artists and content creators, meaning that everyone can use our free beats for their next project, song, video, Instagram reel, YouTube videos, freestyle, remix or in any creative manner they want the beat to be used.But for anybody who wants to use our free beats, they must first comply to our terms of use and agree to our terms before they use our beats for their creative use.You can only download and use the free tagged mp3 version if you want to use our free beats, but if you want to buy the untagged wav version please contact us we will get back to you as soon as possible.

You must first credit us on the project

When you want to release your songs or projects that used our free beats you must first make sure that you credited us on the project.Before publishing your project or track please copy and add the text down below to the end of your song title:

Registering your song with CONTENT ID SERVICES

PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER YOUR SONG WITH ANY SORT OF CONTENT IDENTIFICATION SERVICE, our beats are free for anybody to use.Registering our beats or your song that used our beat with any content identification is you saying that you have all the rights of using our beats and that is strictly not allowed for anybody using our free beats.If you are caught registering our beats with any sort of content identification service we will be forced to take your song or project down without any warning, and you will never be allowed to use our free beats ever again.


If you are distributing your tracks or projects using a distribution service like Distrokid, TuneCore or other services, please make sure that the distribution service you use does not register your song with content id service that automatically sends out copyright claims.


Whitelist membership

To use all our free beats and earn royalties from your projects, you can purchase a once off whitelist agreement below.This is a once off fee needed meaning you can only pay once, to use all our free beats royalty-free.This is a great way to go if you have an album or an e.p using our beats, but you don't have enough money to buy all of those beats at once.You can just purchase a whitelist agreement.

We use a service called Haawk which helps us identify artists and creator's who use our beats without paying a whitelist fee.To not have any problems with your royalties being collected by this service, you must contact us or purchase a fee to whitelist your youtube channel, Instagram account and Facebook account but you will need to pay us a fee.Do not release your song or project without getting a confirmation from us, so that we can be able to whitelist your youtube channel, Instagram and Facebook to get 100% royalties.Please make sure you send us your youtube, Instagram and Facebook account links to provide those links to our service provider to whitelist your accounts.You will then have to pay us a fee to whitelist your accounts, so that you can you can use all of our beats without any royalties taken from you.You will pay $7.99 to whitelist your accounts and this is a once off fee meaning that you only pay once.You can then use all of our free beats or any free beat you want without getting your royalties collected by this company called Haawk.We will then be able to track all your project using this service to see the progress of your songs.If one of your songs gets over 100 thousand streams, and earning royalties from those streams, you will then need to purchase a lease agreement for that beat from us, also split our shares correctly.


Terms of sales

When you purchase one of our beats through our website please note that we can not refund you in any way possible.We sell digital products like music or beats to our customers, which can downloaded on your device after you purchased one of our beats and this files can be stored on your computer or any device forever.After purchasing an untagged wav file we will send you an email with our lease license agreement within 1 or 4 business days sometimes we may respond early.Please do not release your project or song without this confirmation email, because we will need to whitelist your accounts and split our royalties correctly.Please note that when you buy one of our beats it can be sold to many artist's and they can use it and also publish it to all streaming platforms.You are then not allowed to copyright one of our beats even if you bought the lease agreement.When you buy a wav file the producer still owns all copyrights to our beats or instrumentals.You will then be granted rights to use and publish our beats with no problems when you purchase an untagged wav file.


We will need your facebook, YouTube, Instagram account links to whitelist your accounts to get your royalties.We will keep or the producer will keep 50% of writer's shares, publisher's shares and mechanical royalties.We will then have to send you our IPI number from our personal rights organization (P.R.O) and mechanical rights organization (M.R.O), so that we can accurately split our shares.We will send you a confirmation email that will provide those information for you after you buyed our beats.You are not allowed to register our beats with any content identification service or resell our beats in any way possible.Please make sure that you put the correct email on the purchase link provided when you purchase one of our beats, to be able to send you a confirmation email through that email you provided on the purchase link.


How many streams are allowed for free use?

Our aim is to help upcoming artists to focus only on working hard and improving their music so that they can start receiving royalties or more streams on their music.They must not stress about purchasing beats first for their songs if they want to release them to all streaming platforms.They must test how the world would react to their music and buy the beat later after they have received their royalties from their songs or projects.But they must first pay a once off whitelist fee, so that they can use all our free beats and gain royalties from their projects.


Therefore your song or project is allowed to only receive 100 thousand streams for free use even if you bought a whitelist fee.After receiving over 100 thousand plus streams on any streaming platform that pays royalties and you are now receiving royalties for the song, you must then have to buy our beat to receive more streams without any problems and split your royalties with us.This is strictly for people who are using our beats to make their own music and receiving royalties for their music after the song receives over 100 thousand streams, if you are not receiving any royalties for your music you are then free to receive more streams.Also for anybody using our beats for background music, podcasts, YouTube videos, TikTok videos, videos, Instagram reels or any sort of creativity either than making their own music, he or she is allowed to receive many streams on their project royalty-free with no problems after paying a whitelist fee.


You not allowed to add your song to any radio stations, tv, etc before purchasing a lease agreement.When we split royalties we will take 50% of writer's shares, mechanical royalties and publisher's shares.You will then take the other 50% after you bought a lease when your song received enough recognition and now has over 100 thousand streams on any streaming platform that pays royalties and now is being played on radio or tv.If you are caught receiving over 200 plus thousand streams on your song or project using our beats without buying them or splitting your royalties, we will be forced to take down your songs without a warning and you will loose all streams received.You will also loose the right to use one of our beats in any possible.

You can make a song, a whole album or e.p and release it to all streaming platforms like Spotify, Youtube, iTunes, Apple Music, Facebook, Youtube Music, TikTok, Soundcloud, Instagram, Google Play, Amazon, Datpiff, Audiomack, etc.You can also you this beats for background music, podcasts, TikTok videos, YouTube videos, videos, freestyles, YouTube shots, Instagram reels, remixes, and many more other creative ideas.Please make sure that you use our beats in a lawful way or in the right manner that will not affect our brand.
